What is a Grazing Table?
Grazing tables are a new concept in event entertaining and an alternative to a traditional buffet. A table top filled with an array of Mediterranean antipasti misti.
Grazing tables are sophisticated and sumptuous yet exciting and fun. It is the new social way to eat, creating moments and memories
They allow for a uniquely uninterrupted experience, with guests being able to eat when they want whilst continuing to mingle throughout your event or celebration.
The informality of grazing tables means the guests can eat as much or as little of their favourite foods to suit their appetite and their personal taste.

We have been travelling to Italy for over 20 years and as a result we love all things Italian – good food, fine wine and passionate people. Having travelled throughout the country we have experienced some simple but great tasting food that always complements a glass of Prosecco, an Aperol spritz or a glass of Chianti, so we say ‘Good Health’
or as they say in Italy...Salute.

Are they just savoury grazing tables?
No for those of your with a sweet tooth….a selection of individual desserts will be provided. These will be presented in individual ‘shots’ if necessary to maintain the ‘grazing’ theme. Typical desserts can include…

What happens to the grazing table at the end?
After 3.5 hours any remaining food needs to be refrigerated or destroyed. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure this occurs unless we are helping host the event. We will return later in the day or the next day to collect all serving platters and tidy the area.
What facilities are needed?
As all the food is cold no access to cooking facilities is required. Access to a sink is preferable but not essential.
